Artist's Description
Tunnel View is a great gathering place at sunset. Everyone looks into the valley hoping to see the splendor of nature. This sunset was not a splash of red but a peach glow in the clouds, which helped bring out the red and orange tones in the granite.
About John Hight
My passion is photography, and I love capturing the beauty of our world. This enthusiasm began when I took a college course in photography. After graduation, my career in engineering limited the time I could set aside for photography ... mostly weekends and vacations. Since my retirement from Intel Corporation in 2011, I have re-energized my devotion and taken up my career as an artist/photographer traveling to beautiful locations and capturing that magnificence with my camera.
