Waterfalls are a great way to start the morning. The sound, sight, and smell calms and relaxes you. Eagle Falls cascaded into Emerald Bay on Lake Tahoe. The falls are fed by Eagle Lake, about 1 mile up the mountain. On this beautiful morning I was able to capture Eagle Falls, Emerald Bay, and Lake Tahoe as the sun was peeking over the mountains on the east side of Lake Tahoe. In the words of a famous song "Oh what a beautiful morning."
My passion is photography, and I love capturing the beauty of our world. This enthusiasm began when I took a college course in photography. After graduation, my career in engineering limited the time I could set aside for photography ... mostly weekends and vacations. Since my retirement from Intel Corporation in 2011, I have re-energized my devotion and taken up my career as an artist/photographer traveling to beautiful locations and capturing that magnificence with my camera. I hope you enjoy my gallery and will want to take an image of this beautiful land into your home.
